This automotive equipment is primarily used for the remachining of outwork brake drum and discs to achieve flawless fresh surface. Easy to use, durable and accurate yet affordable. Its capacity makes it useful for both large and medium engine overhauling workshops. The economical BS-850 is ideal for the small Tyre & brake service shop for its space saving features.
The basic components of the machine are of engineering Cast iron and other alloys of high resistance to wear and vibration. The Dovetail slideways are ground and adjustable steel gibs are incorporated for a smooth sliding medium. main arbor, supported by precision taper roller bearings, is powered by the sealed oil-bath gear box. Multiple speeds of arbor along with feed-speeds for both drums and discs are available. The quality of surface finish through BS-850 is achieved with Titanium coated carbide cutting inserts supplied with the machine.
